This hands-on experience served as the foundation for Nikki's future endeavors in the dynamic realm of real estate.

In 2002, Nikki transitioned into architecture, engineering, and construction, marking the beginning of an illustrious career. She commenced this chapter with award-winning firms, NTD I Stichler, and E Edge, where she delved into the intricacies of design-build projects and some of the most stunning and award-winning education and medical facilities in San Diego. Nikki's expertise expanded further when she joined SGPA Architecture & Planning, focusing on major retail development, senior housing, and mixed-use projects, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in the industry.

Her journey continued to evolve as she assumed the role of Regional Marketing Manager for Harley Ellis Devereaux, renowned for nationwide excellence in sustainable design. Leveraging her design and construction background, she then transitioned into asset management for CBRE, overseeing a $60 million asset.

In 2014, Nikki took a leap into commercial real estate and business brokerage advisory in Las Vegas and San Diego, where she currently serves as the Managing Director for KW Commercial, a division of the world's largest brokerage.
